Yes! We carry appropriate insurance to protect you, your property and our technicians. You & your property is 100% covered any time our technicians are on-site performing a service. We caution you to ensure your contractor has the appropriate specialized/categorized insurance for the services they offer prior to beginning work. We can provide our company COI (proof of insurance) upon request.

Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all services. We’ll review your property, discuss your needs and provide clear, agreed upon pricing before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

You can schedule by submitting a free quote request form on our website or simply calling/texting us anytime at 980-322-9692. We’ll confirm your request and send you a free no-obligation quote for approval. Upon approval on an agreed upon price and scope of work, we will get you on our schedule for your exterior cleaning.

Pricing is based on factors such as the size of the area, level of dirt or staining, height and accessibility. We provide clear, upfront estimates before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect.

For most exterior-only services, you don’t have to be home as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water source. For interior window cleaning or special requests, we’ll coordinate and schedule a time when you can be there.

Most homes benefit from pressure washing once a year. Properties with heavy shade, lots of trees or high humidity may need cleaning more often to prevent dirt, mildew and algae buildup.

Yes. We adjust our pressure and cleaning methods based on the surface. We use soft washing on delicate surfaces like siding, roofs and wood. Higher pressure on these surfaces can cause costly damage to your property. We do use moderate, but regulated pressure on durable surfaces like concrete, brick etc., always following manufacturer and industry guidelines.

Yes, high pressure will certainly damage your roof. That's why we will never use high pressure on any roof. Instead, we use low-pressure soft wash methods and appropriate cleaners to safely remove gloeocapsa magma (black streaks), moss, algae and buildup without harming shingles or roofing materials. We always follow ARMA guidelines when cleaning any roof.

We take every precaution to protect your landscaping, including pre-wetting plants, using controlled application of cleaners and rinsing thoroughly. If you have any sensitive plants, let us know and we’ll take extra care around them.

We can significantly improve or remove many stains using specialized cleaners and techniques. Some older or deep stains may not come out 100%, but we’ll always set realistic expectations before we start.

We recommend moving vehicles away from the work area, closing windows, doors and bringing in delicate items from porches or patios. For window cleaning, please move fragile items away from windowsills.

Light rain usually doesn’t affect most exterior cleaning services. For heavy rain, lightning or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment and will contact you as early as possible.
